How can I contact my doctor in case I need anything?

We know that anything can happen, and along the way, concerns might start to rise

 Because we got you cover there is a chat on your profile, and there you can contact your doctor.

• The first thing that you need to do is log into your account

• Go to your profile and open the orders, so you can see all of the ones that you have placed, you will find the chat on any of them, and each chat is for that specific order, click on see more

• It will open the order and there you will find the link to open the chat, where you can write to your doctor, about any concern or question you may have

• And every time you open it, you will be able to see your communication history, just start texting and as soon as the doctor is available he will answer you (usually within 12 hours, between Monday to Friday)
