How can I track my order or check the status?

This is simple because we send all of our orders to USPS

Every time we send an order, USPS generates a number, specific to your package, so you can track it at all times and know exactly where it is and when will it arrive.

There are two ways you can get this number:

1. From your profile under the order information, at the bottom, you will be able to find the USPS link to confirm the status of your order, once is approved and shipped by our pharmacist.

2. We will send you an email with your tracking number, as soon as it is available, so you can have access to this information.

If by any chance we missed you, call us, send us a text, or jump in our chat and we will help you.

If you prefer just copy and paste the number, directly on the USPS page, 

or you can use google and it will redirect you to the status of your order on the USPS page.
